Since opening in late 2022, Willows Kitchen & Wine Bar at Poco Diablo Resort has been more than just a dining destination—it has been a place where memories were made, flavors were savored, and the spirit of Sedona was celebrated. From sunrise breakfasts to sunset dinners, we've cherished every moment shared with our guests amidst the backdrop of Sedona's iconic red rocks.
As of June 1, 2025, Willows has closed its doors to embark on an exciting new chapter. This marks the beginning of a comprehensive renovation and rebranding of Poco Diablo Resort into Outbound Sedona, set to reopen in Q2 of 2026. The transformation will bring refreshed accommodations, vibrant communal spaces, and a renewed commitment to offering authentic Sedona experiences.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our loyal patrons for their support and for making Willows a part of their Sedona journey. Your stories and smiles have been the heart of our establishment.
