OUR STORY

Willow’s Kitchen & Wine Bar at the Poco Diablo Resort offers a unique culinary experience paired with an amazing wine selection in a one-of-a-kind location.  The resort is nestled into 18 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and the Willow’s patio offers views to the creek and paths to explore and take in the breathtaking scenery of the famous red rocks.  The resort’s intimate setting offers guests a place to explore nature, unwind and relax by taking advantage of the wide variety of amenities including the spa, pool, and tennis courts with USPTA instruction.  In addition, the resort’s conference center offers both indoor and outdoor venues for your next meeting or special event. 

Chef Evan Campbell is a Zagat-award winning Chef who hails from a small town in Virginia and has been working in kitchens since the age of 13. Chef Evan has spearheaded the opening of several restaurant concepts throughout the east coast, but has split his career primarily between the historic downtown of Boston, Massachusetts and the small, charming city of Richmond, Virginia. While Chef Evan received his formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, he credits his love of food and cooking to his mother, who continues to make some of his favorite meals. His culinary passion lies in higher-end New American cuisine and his particularly fond of working in the world of house-made breads and pastries and anything that comes from the sea. On the rare occasion you find Chef Evan outside of the kitchen, he enjoys exploring the trails of the Red Rocks here in Sedona and splashing around in the crystal-clear waters of Oak Creek with his shelter dog Tucker.
